Neil has 27 years experience covering line of business in manufacturing, wholesale distribution and logistics, IT in business software design, development and implementation, and ISV’s ranging from technology startups to multi-billion dollar software companies. As the Director of Digital Intelligence for New Relic EMEA, Neil provides executive-level consulting across corporate IT organisations in support of their efforts to digitally transform their businesses. He routinely works with CIOs, CTOs and CEOs at industry-leading companies to help them understand how to stay agile and thrive in the modern business world. Before joining New Relic, Neil was an Enterprise Strategist with ServiceNow in EMEA, Technical Director and Regional CTO for Predictive Analytics vendor Netuitive Inc. and Director of Technology at Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP). In these roles Neil worked directly with the world's largest financial, telecommunications, oil & gas, retail, travel and gaming organisations, to identify and deliver against the high value uses cases for technology solutions. At New Relic Neil is helping customers quantify the value that bringing full transparency into the performance of today’s digital applications and services brings to their business as a whole.
